Auktionshuset dab will become one of the brands of parent company TBAuctions, which is also active with other online auction brands in the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Auktionshuset dab, which specializes in insolvency and project auctions, adds important knowledge of the Danish market to the TBAuctions organization. Auktionshuset dab covers the entire Danish market and maintains excellent relationships with many lawyers in Denmark with specializations in insolvency and project auctions. The TBAuctions organization expands existing Nordic presence with this Danish acquisition. “Auktionshuset dab is the prime example of a specialized, successful online auction platform that is reaching the limits of growth,” says Samsom, “we notice that smaller auction houses are keen to become part of the TBAuctions organization. The technology of our ATLAS online auction platform, developed by TBAuctions internally, enables us to quickly integrate other auction houses on this platform. As a result, they can continue to grow at an accelerated pace without doing major investments in IT themselves.”

Larger international bidder base
Kåre Madsen, one of the owners of Auktionshuset dab, is excited to be joining the TBAuctions family. “We look forward to working with our new colleagues from TBAuctions.
