What do you enjoy most about working at Klaravik?

What I enjoy most about working at Klaravik is definitely the company culture and the amazing colleagues that you have here.

If you had to describe your role in three words, what would they be?

I would sum up my job in three words: fun, valuable, and sometimes challenging.

What does a typical day look like in your role?

In my role, a typical day could include answering phone calls and emails in the morning and afternoon. You assist customers with various issues, and, as connectors and communicators in customer service, we focus on helping customers solve as many problems as possible each day. The job also involves talking to many colleagues from different departments because we often have to consider many factors. So, throughout the day, you socialize with many different colleagues and help customers with various issues.

What skills make someone a good fit for your role at Klaravik?

I think skills that will help anyone in my role are probably the ability to solve problems, as you will take on many problems from customers who need help, as well as being social with your colleagues and open-minded about the cases you take on.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and trying new restaurants.
