What is the most exciting aspect of your role at FME?

The most exciting part of my role is the human element. In fact, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings with them is really exciting for me.

What made you decide to join FME?

I come from a background in pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. So joining FME in France allowed me to apply my expertise and passion for healthcare, as well as the exciting element of auctioning.

How would you describe the company culture in three words?

I would say: trust; delivering value to our clients and to the team; and the positive impact, especially the environmental impact of our business which is really important to me.

What advice would you give to someone new joining your team?

I would tell them: Trust your capabilities, and welcome to the team! Because, as a team, we will certainly help you. We trust that you will have a positive impact on our team. So welcome!

If you could master one new skill this year, what would it be?

I would say mastering an artificial intelligence tool. I think it’s the future, and I really need to develop my skills in this area.

Do you have a favorite tradition or routine that brings you joy?

Mine is doing yoga every morning to boost my energy, reduce stress and start my day on a positive note.
