Klaravik Group recently completed its annual customer satisfaction surveys across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland—and the results are clear: customers trust Klaravik.

Thousands of buyers and sellers participated, offering both insightful feedback and impressive Net Promoter Scores (NPS). With all markets scoring well above the industry benchmark of 30, the highlight goes to Sweden, where scores reached 62 for sellers and 58 for buyers—levels considered “very good” and nearing “world-class.”

This marks Finland’s first-ever customer survey, and the strong results show that Klaravik’s values resonate even in new markets. Across the board, customers praised Klaravik for its reliability, ease of use, and professionalism.
